Kevin Burnett, serves as Chief Technology Officer at Imagine Believe Realize (IBR) LLC, bringing more than 20 years of government technical and management experience. His distinguished career includes roles as Chief Engineer for the Global Command and Control System – Joint (GCCS-J), Senior Scientific Technical Manager (SSTM), and the first Technical Director for Program Executive Office Manpower, Logistics, and Business Solutions (PEO MLB). These leadership positions have shaped his ability to foster collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence across complex federal environments.

At IBR, Kevin cultivates a culture centered on empowering talented individuals who share strong values and a commitment to mission success. His leadership philosophy emphasizes empathy, trust, and partnership—ensuring alignment across teams while strengthening relationships with federal clients. His vision is for IBR to be recognized as a premier government development contractor and innovation leader.

During his tenure, Kevin has driven significant organizational growth, achieving more than 100 percent employee expansion and measurable revenue increases. His employee engagement initiatives have generated overwhelmingly positive feedback, reflecting a motivated and empowered workforce.

Kevin remains committed to lifelong learning and professional engagement, serving as acting Treasurer of the Dulles AFCEA Chapter and as a member of the IWRP Executive Committee.
