Jody Seigle

Chief Growth Officer

Jody Seigle serves as Chief Growth Officer at IBR and brings more than 25 years of experience delivering enterprise systems across the federal government. He specializes in high-performance service-based architectures, enterprise portal platforms, and providing organizational and technical leadership across all engineering disciplines, as well as contract capture and execution.

At IBR, Jody provides technical oversight and leadership across all programs while setting the strategic direction to continually expand and strengthen the company’s technical competencies. His approach is grounded in a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Jody holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Florida and maintains multiple certifications across both technical and process domains, including AWS, Okta, and Scrum. Prior to joining IBR in 2018, he held technical and organizational leadership roles at Harris Corporation, supporting the Intelligence Community, DoD healthcare initiatives, and the Federal Aviation Administration.

During his tenure at IBR, Jody has driven significant capability expansion, including growth in CRM, Enterprise Portals, and Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM). He has also established new strategic technical partnerships and championed the application of innovative solutions to advance IBR’s mission and customer impact.

Outside of work, Jody enjoys time with his family, golfing, and attending University of Florida sporting events.
